The President of Global Plan Inc. has chaired IEC SC86C (Optical Fibre Systems, Sensors, Amplifiers, and Active Devices) from 2016 to 2025. He is now dedicating his efforts to bridging the global digital divide through “Solution BIRD – Fibre to All,” a transformative initiative for inclusive connectivity.
