Global Plan Inc. conducted a route survey for 12 km optical cable in Dullu Minuisipality, Dailekh District in the Bheri Zone of western-central Nepal under an APT project grant together with KDDI Foundation, ICT4D in Nepal, and Opt. Cable manufacturer.
